This Privacy Policy explains how GGenesis Strategic Solutions LLC ("GGenesis," "we," "us"), the provider of CaliberSuite™ ("the Service"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

The short version: CaliberSuite is built to run on structured context you provide, not raw employee records. We ask you not to enter employee personal data, salaries tied to names, or any health information (PHI). We never sell your data. You can view, export, and delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information: your name, email address, and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
Calibration context: the structured descriptions, priorities, patterns, and numbers you enter to tailor your advisor.
Working sessions: the questions you ask the advisor and the responses generated, so you can return to them.
Impact entries: the wins and figures you choose to log.
Profile picture (optional) and any other content you submit.
Payment information (only if you subscribe after the beta): processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Information collected automatically

Basic usage and log data (e.g., sign-in events, errors) needed to operate and secure the Service.
A session token stored in your browser to keep you signed in, and local preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. What we ask you NOT to provide

CaliberSuite is designed for aggregate, anonymizable context. Please do not enter: individual employee personal data (PII), compensation tied to named individuals, protected health information (PHI), or any data you are not authorized to share. You may use nicknames or stand-in labels for people and organizations.

4. How we use your information

To provide, personalize, and operate your advisor.
To save and display your sessions, context, and impact entries.
To authenticate you, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
To provide support and send service emails (e.g., email confirmation, password reset).
To process billing if you subscribe.
To improve the Service.

5. AI processing

To generate advisor responses, the content of your prompts and relevant context is sent to our AI provider(s) to produce a reply. We use commercial AI services under terms that do not use your inputs to train their models. AI outputs are drafts to assist your judgment; see our Terms of Service for important disclaimers.

6. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run CaliberSuite, under contracts that limit their use of it:

Hosting & infrastructure (application hosting)
Database & authentication (account data, secured per-user)
AI provider(s) (to generate advisor responses)
Email delivery (confirmation and password-reset emails)
Payment processing (only if you subscribe)
Google (only if you choose Google sign-in)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

7. Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit, stored in a database with per-user access controls so each account can access only its own data, and protected by access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time from Settings → Data control → Delete everything. When you delete, we remove your content from active systems; residual copies in backups are purged on our routine backup cycle.

9. Your rights and choices

Access & edit: view and update your calibration anytime in Context.
Export: download a PDF of your calibration from Context.
Delete: remove your data from Settings.
Depending on where you live (e.g., under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a regulator. To exercise these, contact techsupport@ggsso.com.

10. International users

We are based in the United States and process data in the U.S. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S.

11. Children

CaliberSuite is a business tool not directed to children. It is intended for users 18 and older, and is not intended for anyone under 16.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here with a revised "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
